YOU could help keep Cottenham a vibrant, positive place to live by becoming a Parish Councillor.
YOU could be at the ‘grass roots’ level of Local Government and be involved in making things happen or getting things sorted.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and a British subject or citizen of the Commonwealth or European Union and must satisfy at least one of the following:
- Be a local government elector for the Parish of Cottenham;
- Have, during the whole of the previous 12 months, occupied land or other property in the parish, either as owner or tenant;
- Have, during the whole of the previous 12 months, had your principal or only place of work in the parish;
- Have resided in (or within 3 miles of) the parish during the whole of the previous 12 months.
