As part of the requirements for traffic improvements due to the new developments in the village an improved footway/cycle path is to be installed along Histon Road.
The path extends the existing pathway from Appletree Close (by the 30mph zone into the village) all the way down to Dunstal Field. The width is 2.5-3m and is shared use for pedestrians and cycles. The existing two bus shelters will be relocated within their existing areas. A plan of the new pathway is available via the link below.
Work commences 12th June and will last approximately until the end of October.
