How to book

You can put in a booking request via our Hallmaster booking system, just select the date and room  you wish to hire and click on the plus sign. Our hire rates and information about each room, can be found below.

Apologies but we don’t accept birthday parties for 15-21 year olds. Please note that neither the ground floor Hall or Lounge are suitable for bouncy castles. Please ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions of Hire prior to booking.

Once availability has been checked and confirmed by us, you will receive a confirmation email via our Hallmaster booking system – we aim to process booking requests as soon as possible, but please allow a few days for this.

The Lounge

Lounge room

 

The ground floor Lounge is suitable for small meetings and training courses of up to 30 people. The room has its own kitchen (with serving hatch) and access to a bar (manned or unmanned). The room is separated from the adjoining Hall by a folding partition to create a larger room if required.

Hall

 

Our spacious ground floor Hall is suitable for a wide range of activities and events including parties, exercise classes, clubs, and conferences. The Hall has a sliding partition enabling it to open into the next-door Lounge to create a larger room.

The Balcony Room

Our prestigious first floor Balcony Room is suitable for a wide range of activities and events including weddings, parties, exercise classes, clubs, and conferences. The room features a vaulted ceiling and sliding doors opening up onto a balcony with far reaching views across the recreation ground.
